Being online and anonymous. It can be used to help get your opinion out there for people to read and listen or it can be used to mentally break other people down with hateful comments. Everyone has a Twitter no a days and there are tons of Twitter pages that are anonymous and are used for funny jokes or video but some people take there time to make a fake account and decid to use it to harass someone over the interment hiding behind a screen. This happens everyday it's nothing new that someone is made fun of over the internet. I think it is a privilege to be able to be anonymous online if you have something to speak up about and don't want people to know its you the internet is the perfect place to do so. But to just use it to hurt someone els is a terrible thing to do.

What you are saying is very true people use anonymity for two different reasons to have their privacy and to harass innocent people around the internet. Harassment is seen a lot through social media post because people find it easy to comment and post hurtful things towards others. I agree that being anonymous is a privilege and that unless you have a strong opinion about something you should say it if not then those people should keep there comments to themselves.
