My research project is about corn and how it is affecting our diet. I find this very interesting because farmers are feeding their livestock corn instead of grass because it is cheaper and it is more accessible. The cows have shown problems portraying the corn diets like EColi, liver failure and acidic level stomachs. Although there is no cure for the cows, our alternative is to eat cows that are organic (grass fed). The kevins law is from a 2 year old boy that died from ecoli because of eating contaminated meat.
