I was dreading writing my commencement speech because I didn't think I had anything to say. The hardest part was trying to figure out how I was going to start my speech; however, once I started writing, all my memories and emotions from freshmen year on started coming to me. It's hard to believe that this is our fourth and final year of high school. Writing this commencement speech made me realize that this year is precious, and I need to cherish every moment and every memory I make. This is our last year. Next year, we will all be thrown out into the "real world," and a new journey will begin.
